We’ll explore how your lived experiences, cultural background, and relational patterns have shaped who you are, and gently uncover what needs healing or integration.

Individual therapy can support you in navigating:

When appropriate, I incorporate mindful movement, grounding, and breathwork from my training as a certified yoga teacher to help reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom. Our sessions are collaborative and personalized, integrating mind, body, and spirit to help you feel more at home within yourself.
